Authorize and Disconnect External Services
Kocoro connects to external services — MCP servers, chat channels, your Google account, and macOS features — only after you authorize it. You can review what is being requested before you connect, and disconnect at any time.
Disconnect in Kocoro
- MCP servers: open Capabilities → MCP Servers and turn off the server's toggle.
- Chat channels: open the Integrations (Connectors) page and click the trash icon next to the bot to remove it.
Revoke access on the service side
- OAuth services: remove Kocoro from the service's authorized-apps settings. For example, in Intercom, revoke intercom-api-mcp-server under Authorized apps.
- Chat channels: you can also delete the bot or app you created from the platform's admin console.
- macOS: open System Settings → Privacy & Security and turn off Kocoro under Calendar, Screen Recording, Accessibility, or Automation.
- Google account: if you sign in with Google, you can remove Kocoro's access from your Google Account settings.
Disconnecting stops Kocoro from accessing that service from then on. It doesn't delete your Kocoro account — to delete your account, see Delete Your Account.
