Reset Your Password
If you forget your password, you can set a new one after confirming it's you through a link sent to your registered email address. This guide also explains how Kocoro keeps your credentials confidential.
Before you begin
- You can access the inbox of the email address registered with your Kocoro account.
- These steps apply to accounts created with an email address and password. If you sign in with Google, your password is managed in your Google account.

How Kocoro keeps your credentials confidential
Here's how your password is handled, and how to disconnect external services you've connected to Kocoro.
- You set your own password when you create your account. Kocoro never issues passwords or notifies you of them.
- Kocoro does not store passwords in plain text. No one at Kocoro, including our staff, can see your password.
- Kocoro staff will never ask for your password or reset link — by email, phone, or any other channel. If you receive a request like this, don't respond to it.
- Use your account only yourself and never share your password. If you suspect your password has been exposed, reset it right away and let us know at contact@kocoro.ai.
- External services you connect to Kocoro (for example, through OAuth) can be disconnected at any time: turn off the connection in Kocoro — for MCP integrations, the toggle in MCP Servers — or revoke Kocoro's access in the external service's settings.
If you sign in with Google, Kocoro is authorized through Google OAuth. You can revoke that authorization at any time from your Google Account settings. Revoking it doesn't delete your Kocoro account or its data. How to remove third-party access in your Google Account (Google Help) ↗
