KocoroCreate a Kocoro Account
You need a Kocoro account to use Kocoro Desktop. You can sign up with your email address and a password you choose, or with your Google account. This guide walks through both.
Before you begin
- Kocoro Desktop is installed on your computer.
- You have an email address where you can receive mail, or a Google account.

Open the sign-in screen
Launch Kocoro Desktop. If you're not signed in, the app opens on the sign-in screen. Click Create one next to “Don't have an account?” at the bottom.

Enter your details
Enter your Email, your Name (optional), and a Password, then enter the same password again in Confirm password. Choose a password that meets the requirements shown on screen, then click Create account.

Verify your email address
Kocoro sends a verification email to the address you entered. Open it and click the verification link to confirm the address belongs to you. Your account is ready to use once verification is complete.

Sign in
Return to Kocoro Desktop and sign in with your email address and password. You're all set to start using Kocoro.
Sign up with Google instead
On the sign-in screen, click Continue with Google and complete the authorization with your Google account in your browser. With this option you don't set a separate Kocoro password — your password and sign-in security are managed by your Google account.
Google sign-in uses Google OAuth. If you want to revoke Kocoro's access to your Google account, you can do so at any time from your Google Account settings. Keep your account secure
- Don't share your account or password with anyone. Each person should use their own account.
- Kocoro staff will never ask for your password or verification link.
- If you think someone else knows your password, reset it right away.
FAQ
I didn't receive the verification email.
Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure the email address you entered is spelled correctly. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us at contact@kocoro.ai.
I forgot my password.
Click Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and reset it with a link sent to your registered email address. See the Reset Your Password guide for the full steps.
How do I delete my account?
Account deletion is handled on request: submit the form in the Delete Your Account guide, or email contact@kocoro.ai from your registered email address.
